Ingredients
- 1 cactus leaf, scraped of needles and cut like French fries
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon Montreal seasoning or salt and pepper
Directions
- Sauté cactus strips in butter for 4 to 5 minutes; stir in garlic and seasonings and continue to sauté for 1 to 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
