On Thursday, October 25, we’re hosting an exclusive beer dinner with Jeremy Moynier, a senior brewer with Stone Brewing, one of the most beloved craft breweries in the United States. From 6:00 to 8:30 PM, we’ll taste some of Stone’s best and most popular beers, dine on a gourmet dinner by the bite from our Executive Chef, and enjoy the company of fellow beer enthusiasts! Jeremy will lead us through a comprehensive tasting of six beers from Stone Brewing, providing introductions and backstories for each, and will guide us through an exclusive virtual tour of Stone Brewing’s brewery! Jeremy will take us behind-the-scenes, explain Stone’s brewing processes and discuss their methods, and answer any questions. Plus, each guest will receive a complimentary Stone Brewing glass to take home!

Lamb sliders with fried shallots, spicy pickles, and smoked blue cheese served alongside fried cheese with tillamook sharp cheddar, pecans, and bacon apple butter.

Pok pok wings with crispy garlic and pickled vegetables.

Asado with kobe coulotte, chimichurri, yapping gacho, and fried plantains.

Chocolate cake with ancho, corn ice cream, salted caramel, and popcorn.
