Warm Blue Cheese Crab Dip

Ingredients (Makes about 2 cups)
3 ounces Cambozola or mild blue cheese
8 ounces cream cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
8 ounces crabmeat, drained and picked over
Directions
Cut cheeses into 1-inch pieces and place in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently, until melted.
Season with salt and pepper.
Stir in crabmeat gently and heat through.
Serve warm with crackers or sliced apples and pears.
