Thomas Jefferson: Jefferson was a wine connoisseur, which was a problem. He drank about four glasses a day and ran up his wine bill to $10,855.90 over his 8 year presidency. If you calculate for inflation, that’s over $200,000!
John F. Kennedy: President Kennedy stayed true to his roots with clam chowder. He would frequent a Boston oyster house many times while in office to get a bowl.
Abraham Lincoln: Gingerbread Men were a childhood favorite of Lincoln’s so he carried his taste for them along with him to the White House.
