Oktoberfest

Great Lakes Brewing Company | Cleveland, OH

ABV: 6.5%  |  IBU: N/A  |  Rating: 91 points
PRICE:
$8.99  |  6-Pack Bottles

Easily my favorite American-made festbier and it’s made right here in Ohio! Entering with a light caramel sweetness and a hint of spice before giving way to a dry, herbaceous finish, this is everything you could want from this style of beer and then some!

Privatbrauerei Ayinger | Aying, Germany

ABV: 5.8%  |  IBU: N/A  |  Rating: 90 points
PRICE:
$10.99  |  4-Pack Bottles

Time and time again, this beer has asserted itself as the best festbier on earth. I’ve searched high and low for something better. I even want to like something else just for the sake of finding something new and exciting, but I can’t get around the cold, hard fact that this is simply the best example of its style that I’ve ever had the pleasure to try. Buy it now.

Paulaner Original Münchner Märzen

Paulaner Brauerei Schörghuber| Munich, Bavaria, Germany

ABV: 5.8%  |  IBU: N/A  |  Rating: 97 points
PRICE:
$9.99  |  6-Pack Bottles

This is a great Märzen that delivers flavors of sweet caramel, nuts, biscuits, and pure German malt. I could drink this all night by the fire with some good friends. Get out your stein, put on your lederhosen, and dance the night away!

Revolution Oktoberfest German-Style Lager

Revolution Brewing Company | Chicago, IL

ABV: 5.7%  |  IBU: N/A  |  Rating: 99 points

PRICE: $9.99  |  6-Pack Cans

A classic German-style Oktoberfest in a can that can be easily packed for camping! Revolution Brewing uses the two must-have hops for this brew: German Magnum and Hersbruker. This gives the beer the spice and earthiness that makes this one a touch different than most Märzens, while still retaining all of the caramel, nutty, and bready flavors you want in an Oktoberfest. Prost!
