Original Melvin, That’s Dank! | West Coast IPA

Melvin Brewing Co./Dankhouse Brewing Co. | Alpine, WY/Newark, OH

ABV: 7.6%  |  IBU: N/A
$17.99  |  4-Pack 16oz. Cans

Melvin brewed this in collaboration with Newark, Ohio’s Dankhouse Brewing Co. In these hazy, New England-driven days, it’s refreshing to see a brand new West Coast IPA. This beer is darn tasty, with enough acidity and bitterness to balance out the creamy, rounded malt profile.

Slangria | Fruited Ale

Rhinegeist Brewery | Cincinnati, OH

ABV: 5.8%  |  IBU: N/A
$9.99  |  6-Pack Cans

This fruited ale uses mostly apples with some blueberry, pomegranate, and lime to create a totally fall-tastic, cider-ish concoction that will steal the show at your next get-together!

Wake Me Up | Hazelnut Coffee Milk Stout

Wiedemann’s Fine Beer | Cincinnati, OH

ABV: 6.04%  |  IBU: N/A
$9.99  |  4-Pack Cans

This is perfection in a can. This is what a breakfast beer should taste like. It is a lighter-bodied stout but the flavor is straight fire. A touch of hazelnut up front, then right into the perfect coffee finish. Another great beer for tailgating, camping, or handing out candy on Halloween.

Dragon’s Milk | Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout

New Holland Brewing | Holland, MI

ABV: 11%  |  IBU: N/A
$16.99  |  4-Pack Bottles

The big bad dragon! 11% ABV and drinks smooth as silk. This is one of the beers that started my love for barrel-aged beers. I could drink this all year-round (and I do), but most people enjoy this beer in the colder months. This beer is heavy with roasted malt and lactose sugars for a creamy mouthfeel. Just the right amount of time in the barrel makes this a perfect beer!
