What makes a wine taste the way it does? Next in our series of Cellar tastings, we will explore wines, primarily from the Old World, that are generally known by a location or style. Then, we will identify what varietal, unique approach, or environmental factor is unique to that wine. For example, Pouilly Fuisse and Chablis are both Chardonnay… but taste quite different! Differences like growing environment or historic culinary approach for each area will be discussed. Limited seating.
