Ingredients (yields 1 ½ cups)
½ cup butter
½ cup sour cream
4 ounces cream cheese
½ cup shredded Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon (or more) white wine
Directions
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat and whisk in sour cream.
Add cream cheese, whisking until thickened and smooth.
Add Parmesan cheese and garlic, stirring until cheese melts.
Thin sauce as desired with white wine.
Serve over pasta or vegetables.
