Ingredients (Makes 1 pound)
- ½ cup finely chopped roasted red peppers
- ½ cup chopped fresh basil
- ¼ cup finely chopped kalamata olives
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 pound fresh mozzarella, cut into 1-inch pieces

- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, cover, and refrigerate 2-3 days.
