Ingredients (serves 8-10)
6 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
4 cups thinly sliced red cabbage
6 scallions, thinly sliced and roughly chopped
Dressing Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 ½ teaspoons Cajun spices
1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Combine cabbage and scallions in a large bowl.
Combine dressing ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk to combine.
Toss cabbage mixture with dressing and allow to sit 30-60 minutes before serving.
