When choosing an Apple Cider Vinegar, look for one that is raw, organic and unfiltered. You want it to be a little cloudy with sediment. A health tonic we commonly use is 1 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar and a little honey or stevia. Add this to a glass of filtered water and enjoy twice a day.
