Now in it’s 11th year, Weekend of Fire is back – bigger, bolder and better than ever! We’re bringing in more booths to explore, awesome food to eat, heating up the contests and adding some exciting and enticing new elements to make this the hottest weekend of the year.

This year, old is new again!  

All of the things you’ve come to love are still front and center for this year’s Weekend of Fire, with the best hot sauces, BBQ sauces, spices, rubs and salsas on display, ready to sample and purchase. But we’re going to change it up a bit this year by offering even more of what you’ve enjoyed in the past, with a few new twists!

Bear witness to the madness of our first ever Bloody Mary Bartending Battle! 

We’re gathering some of the most talented bartenders in the region and putting them in a head to head competition to see who can make the best Bloody Mary. It’s going to get wild, and you’re going to want to watch (and taste) it all!

Feast your eyes (and stomachs) on a delicious array of eats from local Food Trucks and BBQ joints! 

We’re expanding our eats options and bringing in some great local food trucks and BBQ’ers to make sure you leave fully satisfied, your show favorites in hand and stomach giving you the thumbs up.

Learn a thing or two from your Hot Sauce Heroes at the Jungle Jim’s Cooking School!

We’re inviting some of the biggest names in the Hot Sauce World – many of them inductees into the Hot Sauce Hall of Fame – to stop by and talk about all things hot sauce, and maybe even show off a few tips and tricks for all of the Chili Heads in attendance.
