Back to feed

Coffee has been around since the 9th or 10th century and is now the second most traded commodity in the world, just behind oil. The worldwide production of coffee is at 8.9 million tonnes a year with Brazil, Vietnam, and Indonesia being the top three producers. Even though there are only two types of coffee beans, Arabica and Robusta, each region and roasting technique brings out different, complex flavors. Jungle Jim’s International Market carries an endless variety of coffee from around the world. Join us this month as we feature a few of our favorites!

Segafredo Zanetti – Italy

The Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group is one of the biggest private companies in the coffee industry and sells over 120,000 tons of coffee annually. They have 11 roasting plants around the world and export their coffee to 100 countries.

The Intermezzo is a dark roast and has a bold taste that is enhanced by a strong caffeine kick. Think of it as American Coffee on steroids.
