We’re experts at what we do and our experienced produce buyers are constantly tasting, touching, and inspecting our fruits and vegetables to ensure that our products are always of the highest quality. We are committed to providing you and your company with the best available produce to support healthy eating habits for you and your colleagues, as well as providing delicious, refreshing snacks that are actually good for you and will boost energy, happiness, and productivity!
How it Works
2.) Decide the frequency of your delivery
Some customers prefer to receive one large order on Monday, while others prefer two smaller deliveries throughout the week. It’s up to you!
3.) We pick your produce
Our team of experts selects a combination of our best fruits, including bananas, apples, citrus, and seasonal favorites that add variety and interest to each delivery.
4.) Leave it to the Pros

We offer 3 different size options that each contain a variety of office favorites including apples, bananas, oranges, and seasonal favorites! Discounts are offered as quantities increase. Small (23-25 servings): $40.00
Medium (47-50 servings): $70.00
Large (72-75 servings): $95.00
We offer a $10.00 discount on any additional crates ordered per location and delivery. For example, if you purchase 3 medium crates, the first crate will cost $70.00, but the two additional crates will be $60.00 each, bringing your total to $190.00.
The discount applies even if you order crates in several sizes. A $10.00 discount will be applied beginning with the second package.
Join our membership program to receive a 10%, 15%, or 20% discount on your order! Membership programs require a commitment of 3, 6, or 12 months with deliveries every week, except for holidays. Schools qualify while in session!
Commit to weekly deliveries for 12 weeks to receive a 10% discount on our frontline pricing.

We have partnered with a professional local delivery company, The Courier Company, to ensure prompt and careful delivery of your fruit! We work very closely with them to make sure that every package from Jungle Jim’s Produce Delivered arrives at its destination on time and with care.
Our delivery schedule is Monday through Friday. Packages are picked up in the morning and are usually delivered before 1:00 PM, though this can be dependent on the weather and traffic.
If you work at an office with an attendant or need us to deliver to a specific floor or room, just let us know! Our drivers from The Courier Company do a fantastic job delivering our packages and are happy to accommodate any request.
Please note: if we receive specific instructions from you and encounter an attendant or security guard, the drivers will simply leave the package(s) with them.
Policies and Procedures
These policies and procedures were created to ensure that we can provide the best service possible. Please review the following guidelines so that you know what to expect from us!
We require advance notice of five (5) full business days in order to change, cancel, or reschedule your order. The same policy applies when placing new orders. We need two full business days to prepare your order for delivery.
Memberships begin on the day specified in the membership contract. We do not offer backdated memberships. Even if you have maintained a weekly schedule prior to starting your membership, we are unable to retroactively offer the membership discount. Additionally, memberships cannot be prorated; they must be for 12, 26, or 52 weeks.
Holiday weeks are excluded from membership requirements, but you MUST let us know at least five (5) full business days in advance that you are skipping a delivery for a holiday. Every office observes holidays differently, so we will not know if you will be in or out of the office until you tell us! While we do not currently deliver on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, or Christmas Day, any renew dates landing on these dates will be delivered on the next business day unless otherwise specified. All other holidays (MLK, Columbus Day, etc) will be delivered as per usual unless a reschedule is requested. A return delivery fee may apply for any orders marked as undeliverable by the courier.
School membership is weekly while school is in session. Please know that we still need at least two full business days’ notice of any school breaks so that we can pause your membership and cancel any scheduled deliveries. However, we understand that snow days can happen. When snow days occur, please remember to give us a call if you were expecting a delivery that day. We will be happy to reschedule your delivery.
The 3-Month (12 weeks), 6-Month (26 weeks), and 1-Year (52 weeks) are all discounted based on our Frontline Pricing. The $10.00 off each additional package to one location per delivery is not off the discounted Membership price.
If you decide to terminate your membership early, you will be charged a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is the amount of the membership discount received from the start of the membership to date, plus 25% of the cost of your remaining membership.

We count your order a second time right before we send it off for delivery, but it’s always possible for mistakes to happen. If you find that your package is short in quantity, let us know right away so that we can make it right!
We never select anything less than the best. However, we realize that it’s possible for fruit to suffer bumps, bruises, or other adverse effects due to temperature changes during the commute. If you ever encounter quality issues with your produce, let us know immediately so that we can fix it!
If our drivers arrive at your location to find that your office is closed, you will be charged for the order. Please remember that it is imperative that you provide notice of cancellation or office closure at least five (5) business days in advance. Please note: we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, restricted areas, or businesses without addresses.
Our delivery company is great at what they do and do their very best to deliver your produce on time. However, it’s always possible that traffic conditions, unexpected road closures, or even flat tires can interfere with delivery. If your package is late, please contact us so that we can find out what’s going on!
We know that snow can cause unpredictable road conditions, low office attendance, and school closures! When inclement weather strikes, we simply ask that you communicate with us to let us know if you’d like to receive your package and we’ll communicate with you to let you know if our drivers are able to make deliveries.
Free Delivery Area
We offer free delivery for customers within 25 miles of Jungle Jim’s Fairfield! If you’re not sure if you qualify, please contact us. Locations that are farther than 25 miles from our Fairfield store are subject to delivery charges.
Quality and Ripeness Guarantee
Our goal is to supply fresh, ripe produce that lasts all week, but we are unable to control the temperature, storage conditions, and other variables at your location. However, we will do our best to supply advice and tips to maximize the life and quality of your fruit! Please note: If you receive any product that is spoiled or unsatisfactory in quality, please contact us so that we can offer a replacement or credit to your account. We want you to look forward to receiving your Jungle Jim’s produce and be delighted with the quality and selection!
Substitutions and Customizations

How much is delivery?

What counts as a serving?
In the case of fruits like apples, pears, or oranges, one piece of fruit is equal to one serving. However, one clamshell package of blueberries or raspberries may contain 2-3 servings while a bag of grapes may contain 4-6 servings. Serving size is dependent on packaging, fruit variety, and farm.Top
