Looking for a romantic Valentine’s Day date night? Join us on Thursday, February 14 from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM for an intimate, interactive dinner in the JXC with Ferrari-Carano Vineyards & Winery! We’ll be serving six of Ferrari-Carano’s signature wines, including the 2017 Fume Blanc Sonoma Valley, 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Alexander Valley, and the 2015 Siena Sonoma County. Each of these wines will be paired with a dinner by the bite course personally prepared by our Executive Chef. Plus, Sarah Quider, executive winemaker at Ferrari-Carano, will be joining us live from California! Sarah will discuss Ferrari-Carano’s methods, explain each of the wines included in the dinner, and answer any questions. If you love wine, enjoy learning about vineyards, and appreciate great food, you won’t want to miss this night!
