Biery Cheese – New Cheese On the Block

Biery Cheese has been making a great number of cheeses since the late 1920’s, right here in Louisville, Ohio, but now they’re making their Jungle Jim’s debut, offering quite a few new products at The Cheese Shop. 

Not only did we bring in a new selection of bars including Cheddar, NY Cheddar, hot pepper, Colby, and Swiss, we now have a new and varied selection of shredded and sliced cheese to go along with them! We have sliced Gouda, sliced Swiss, sliced Provolone and sliced cheddar, as well as shredded Mozzarella and shredded Cheddar. We also have cubes of Cheddar, Pepper Jack and Colby. 

When it comes to cheese, we know there are already a lot of options, but we like to make sure that all of customers can find something they like at The Cheese Shop. We’re excited that you have even more of a choice!
