Cutting The Big Cheese Jungle Jim’s Eastgate 2017

​Every 18 months, something awesome happens. The Big Cheese comes down, is taken apart, and goes home in the carts of quite a few lucky customers. Not too long ago, The Big Cheese at the Eastgate Cheese Shop came down and this time, we managed to catch some footage of the process. Thanks to everyone who waited patiently as we dealt with some technical difficulties. We think the wait was worth it, though. Until next time!
