Making fresh pasta is one of our most popular classes. Tonight we will make fresh egg pasta by hand and cut it into ribbons of tagliatelle. Tossed with a sauce made with fresh mushrooms, ham, and a little cream brings it all together. Simple Tiramisu is the perfect ending!
