Join us in the Cooking School with Jack Keegan, the only Bordeaux Certified Wine Educator in Ohio, to learn about the basics of Bordeaux and to discuss the latest changes happening in the Bordeaux growing regions! During this exclusive four-week tasting series, we’ll discuss the history, grape varietals, climate, and significance of the Bordeaux wine region as the most important wine region in the world. Each week features a distinct area or theme, beginning with the White Wines of Bordeaux. The second class will feature the Côtes de Bordeaux (areas surrounding the most famous regions) before moving on to the Right Bank at our third session.
