Founded in 2015 by April and Azur Moulaert, Vermont Tortilla Company has been cranking out some of the tastiest, organic corn tortillas this side of the border! During a trip to Mexico, the couple discovered a love for corn tortillas made from freshly ground corn using a process called nixtamalization. Now you can discover these organic corn tortillas for yourself at Jungle Jim’s!
