For fans of cheese, it’s hard to think of a variety more respected than the King of Cheese, Parmigiano Reggiano. While you may be familiar with some of what we carry, you may be surprised to know that there are many different varieties available.

We’ve searched high and low, near and far, and are proud to introduce some amazing, authentic, and diverse variety of Parmigiano Reggiano to our already staggering selection of international cheeses. We’ll have demos and tastings throughout the month of August, and are pleased to welcome representatives from Bertozzi as they “crack” a wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano.
