Hellraising Hot Sauce – This Might Be Your New Go-To Hot Sauce!

Back to feed
One of our favorite discoveries from last year’s Weekend of Fire X was an incredibly flavorful series of hot sauces from Minnesota’s Hellraising Hot Sauce. Packed with heat and a depth of flavor that’s almost hard to comprehend, these sauces are taking time-tested ideas and turning them ever so slightly on their heads.

Featuring the sweetening addition of pineapple, the bracing flavor of apple and peppers that run the spectrum from sweet heat to not-quite-mouth-scorching, all 4 bottles available are delicious in their own way.

Sweet Suffering – Onion and garlic don’t come close to playing second fiddle, but the sweet, tangy pineapple addition makes this an exceptional habanero based hot sauce. Lots of flavor, lots of heat.

Green Fever – Serrano peppers get their time in the spotlight here, with lime adding a little zest to an already flavorful base. Bright and peppery without being too hot or too overbearing.

Triple Inferno – Don’t let the name fool you – sure, it’s hot, but there’s a lot more going on. This registers at a solid 5 on a scale of 10 for heat, but the combined flavor of jalapeno, habanero and serrano is what makes this one so special.

Forbidden Fruit – Hear us out… Apple and cinnamon in a hot sauce is brilliant and we wish we’d thought of it ourselves. Add this one to ice cream, take your apple pie somewhere totally new, or give your hamburgers, chicken or pork chops something new. We can’t recommend this one enough.

The weather’s getting nicer, so cooking out is on the horizon. Stop by the Hot Sauce Department and let us help spice up your next meal!

Until next time. Keep it hot.
