Oyster Bay Chardonnay 2015. Tart, steely Chardonnay with only the slightest hint of malo. A great aperitif for those patio parties this summer.
Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc 2016. The grapefruit is subtle, dialed down to almost a whisper. It’s bright and fresh, a great wine for lighter dishes.
Oyster Bay Pinot Noir 2014. Earthy and soft, with light notes of cherry and red berry flavors, a touch of dusty earth and light baking spices.
Oyster Bay Merlot 2014. Leaner and lighter than a California or even Bordeaux styled Merlot, this gives you lots of acidity, yet still a good grip of tannins.
Barossa Valley Estate GSM 2015. Juicy, fruity style of GSM from this great Barossa producer. Hints of black pepper woven into a fabric of strawberry and blueberry compote.
Barossa Valley Estate Shiraz 2013. Bold red berries and dried herbs make for a medium-to-full-bodied red, beefed up with dark baking spices and a savory note of soy and sassafrass.
Barossa Valley Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2015. A touch of eucalyptus emerges in this full-bodied, dark-fruited red, showing cassis, sage and black cherry notes.
