Warm Blue Cheese Crab Dip

Ingredients (Makes about 2 cups)

  • 3 ounces Cambozola or mild blue cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 8 ounces crabmeat, drained and picked over


  1. Cut cheeses into 1-inch pieces and place in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently, until melted.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in crabmeat gently and heat through.
  4. Serve warm with crackers or sliced apples and pears.
