Mango Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients (Makes 3 cups)
- 3 ripe mangos, peeled and diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- ½ cup diced fresh pineapple
- ¼ cup chopped red onion
- 1 small jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a bowl and chill at least one hour. Serve over grilled fish, chicken or pork or with tortilla chips.
