Ingredients (yields 1 cup)
½ cup cranberries
3 tablespoons sugar
6 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons orange juice
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
½ cup vegetable oil
Directions
Combine the cranberries, sugar and vinegar in a small saucepan and simmer for 4-5 minutes, until the berries pop.
Cool and puree in a food processor. Add mustard, orange juice, salt and pepper to processor and pulse to combine.
With processor running, drizzle in the oil until emulsified.
