Horseradish has a slightly bitter flavor with some spiciness.
To use, peel and grate. Horseradish can be mixed with vinegar and served as a condiment with roast beef, fish, sandwiches, and salads.
Horseradish is great in cocktails and cocktail sauce.
Ingredients
1 cup horseradish, peeled and cut into ½-inch cubes
½ cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and mix on high speed.
Blend until creamy. Pour into a jar and store in the refrigerator.
