Ingredients
- 1 cup horseradish, peeled and cut into ½-inch cubes
- ½ cup white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and mix on high speed.
- Blend until creamy. Pour into a jar and store in the refrigerator.
