Satsuma-Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients (yields ½ cup)
- ¼ cup satsuma juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a small jar with a tight-fitting lid.
- Cover and shake well.
- Store vinaigrette in refrigerator and shake before serving.
