Did you know? The tea bag was invented in 1908 in the United States by accident. Thomas Sullivan used small silk bags to hand out samples of his tea and people thought they were just supposed to put them directly into the tea pot like a metal infuser instead of being emptied out.

Rosamonte Yerba Mate – This tea is made from Mate leaves and stems, which gives it a smooth, smoky flavor. It’s rather strong, so most people blend it with other herbs or sweeten it with sugar or honey. This particular tea is made with holly, a monoamine oxidase inhibitor – which means this tea is an antidepressant. So there’s a good reason to keep holly hanging around!
