Sadaf has been importing and producing Mediterranean, Kosher, and specialty foods since 1982! It’s still a family owned company and has been able to reach a global audience. Their pomegranate concentrate is made from California Pomegranates and is 100% natural, rich in antioxidants. Its most common in Persian and Mediterranean cooking.

​Cheri Romanoski was an elementary school teacher for years until she started preserving fruits grown at her home in the Sonoran Desert. She started out just making preserves for her family and giving the excess to her neighbors, but as more and more people found out about her delicious creations the demand for her product started growing.

Cheri’s pomegranate syrup is made from pomegranate juice combined with lemon juice, and yields a tasty, sweet, and tart flavor that can transform any dish into a zesty surprise, whether over pancakes or roast duck.
